Description
You call forth an ice shield that reflects projectile missiles back at attackers.
- Cooldown: 8 seconds
- The Shield lasts for 10 seconds
- You have X% Chance to gain 10% of your Charge Bar when struck
- Y% Chance to reflect missiles at 50% weapon DPS
